Weather and cancellation
- Withdraw at least 24 hours before the day and a paid place is refunded in full.
- If the guide calls the ride off for a storm or lightning, you choose a new date at no extra cost or a full refund.
- A shower passes: we shelter and carry on.

“Paid places are refundable in full if withdrawn at least 24 hours before the event day; after that the Fee is not refundable except under clause 5.4.” (clause 12.2)

Can children come?
Yes, on a standard bike, riding with their parent or guardian on the same booking. Ebikes are for riders 18 or over.
How many of us can come?
From one person to forty, with a guide for every ten riders.
What if the ebike battery runs low?
It still rides as a normal bike. If it has failed, tell your guide or message us: we swap it or refund the unused time.
Can we ride it without a guide?
Yes. Hire a bike and tap Directions: your phone takes you there from the hub.
